Pick the right door

By telephone
If you are already travelling and something has gone wrong — you have arrived and the property has no record of the booking, a connection has been missed, something that cannot wait for a ticket to be read — call⚠ NOT YET SUPPLIED — PUBLISHED CONTACT TELEPHONE NUMBER.
It is written in international form deliberately: if you need this number you are probably not in the UK, and the leading zero of a UK number will not connect from a foreign network. Calls are charged by your own provider at its international rate — Jaunt takes no revenue from the call.
For anything that is not urgent, the ticket is faster. One person answers this line, so a booking question sent tosupport is read sooner than a voicemail left at three in the morning.
Data protection
To exercise a right over your personal data — access, correction, deletion, objection, portability, or withdrawing a consent — write tosupport@usejaunt.com with“Data protection” in the subject line, or use the tools inyour settings where they cover what you need.
What each right means in practice, and what Jaunt can and cannot do about it, is set out in the privacy notice. If you are not satisfied with the response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Deleting your account has a self-service route:Settings → Delete account. Readwhat deletion does and does not remove first — some records are kept because the law requires it.

What to expect
Jaunt is a small operation. Support tickets are worked through in order, and a data-protection request is answered within the statutory period of one month from the date it is received, as required by the UK GDPR.
No response-time promise is made here beyond the statutory one.A published target that support cannot consistently meet is a commitment to every customer who reads it, so this page states only what the law already requires.
